Conditions governing the use of the Scennio platform.
These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter, “the Terms”) govern the use of the Scennio platform (hereinafter, “the Platform”), owned by NOCTION PLATFORM, S.L., a company incorporated under the laws of Spain, with registered office at Edificio Lanzadera, La Marina de València, Carrer del Moll de la Duana, s/n, 46024 València, Spain, with tax identification number NIF B88997002.
Contact: info@scennio.com.
Access to and use of the Platform implies full acceptance of these Terms. If the user (hereinafter, the “User”) does not accept any of its provisions, they must refrain from using the Platform.
Scennio is a technology platform that connects organizing establishments (restaurants, nightlife venues, rooms, promoters, etc., hereinafter the “Establishment”) with end Users, allowing them to purchase tickets, reserve tables or spaces, sign up to guest lists, place orders and pay for consumption.
Scennio acts exclusively as a technology intermediary. The main service contract (the ticket, the reservation, the order) is always entered into between the User and the Establishment responsible for organizing the event or service. Scennio is not the seller, organizer, producer or insurer of the services contracted through the Platform.
The minimum age applicable to each event or service is the one published by the Establishment at the time of purchase and is shown to the User before completing the transaction. Certain events may not require any minimum age (for example, family, sports or alcohol-free activities); events subject to nightlife regulations or to the sale of alcoholic beverages will usually require a minimum age of 18 years, or the age set by the applicable local regulation.
The Establishment may require the presentation of a valid identity document at access to the event or service. If the document does not match the holder of the ticket or reservation, or if the minimum required age cannot be verified, the Establishment may deny access without any refund of the price or management fees.
Tickets and reservations purchased through the Platform are intended for personal use by the buyer. Resale above the original price is prohibited, as is their use for unauthorized commercial purposes, their systematic assignment, or their distribution through secondary marketplaces without express authorization from the Establishment.
Scennio and the Establishment may cancel without refund any ticket obtained, transferred or used in breach of this clause and deny access to the event.
As a general rule, consumers purchasing products or services at a distance have a 14 calendar day right of withdrawal in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU and Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007.
However, Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU and Article 103 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 expressly exclude the following services, among others, from this right:
Event tickets, table reservations, guest lists and other services purchased through the Platform are tied to a specific date and are therefore excluded from the right of withdrawal. The purchase is binding from its confirmation.
The cancellation and refund conditions applicable to each product or service are those published by each Establishment at the time of purchase and are incorporated into the contract between the User and the Establishment.

For the resolution of any dispute, the parties submit to the courts having jurisdiction under the regulations applicable to consumer relations in the place of residence of the consumer User.
These Terms are published in Spanish, English, French, German and Italian. In the event of any interpretative discrepancy between versions, the Spanish version shall prevail.
