Responsibility declaration issued by NOCTION PLATFORM, S.L. as the producer of the Scennio invoicing system, under article 13 of Spanish Royal Decree 1007/2023 and article 15 of Order HAC/1177/2024.
d) Hardware and software components, and description of their functionality
Scennio is a management platform for hospitality and nightlife venues that supports its users' invoicing processes: it records sales operations (tickets, bookings, table orders and point-of-sale sales), calculates taxable bases and output VAT per rate, issues invoices — full, simplified, corrective and upgraded — numbers them sequentially within each series, retains them and makes them available to the taxpayer together with their record books.
It is entirely cloud-based software, with no components installed or administered by the user: it is accessed through a web browser and through Android and iOS applications, and requires an internet connection. The taxpayer has no access to the infrastructure and no ability to alter the invoicing records once generated.
This declaration refers to the invoicing computer system, that is, the one that issues invoices generating the corresponding invoicing records. During the transitional period laid down in the fourth final provision of Royal Decree 1007/2023, the platform also retains an invoicing path predating the regulation, available only to taxpayers for whom it is not yet enforceable: that path generates no invoicing records and is not part of the computer system covered by this declaration.
e) Indication of whether the computer system has been produced in such a way that, for the purposes of complying with the Regulation, it can only operate exclusively as «VERI*FACTU»
Yes
The computer system covered by this declaration, in the version identified, admits no other mode of operation: for every invoice it issues, the corresponding registration or cancellation invoicing record is generated, chained to the previous one, electronically signed and submitted to the Spanish Tax Agency, and the invoice carries the QR code and the wording required by the technical specifications.
f) Indication of whether it may be used by several taxpayers, or by a single user to support the invoicing of several taxpayers
Yes
In the version identified, the system may be used by several taxpayers, each identified individually and independently within the system. Every taxpayer has its own invoicing series and its records are kept separate from those of any other.
g) Signature types used to sign the invoicing and event records where the computer system is not used as «VERI*FACTU»
Not applicable: as this is a system that can only be used in «VERI*FACTU» mode, no non-verifiable invoicing records are issued. Independently of that, the SIGN ES component signs the records with an advanced XAdES electronic signature before submitting them.

k) Statement of compliance
By means of this responsibility declaration, NOCTION PLATFORM, S.L., as the producer of the invoicing system identified above, takes responsibility for compliance with article 29.2.j) of Spanish Act 58/2003, of 17 December, on General Taxation, with the Regulation setting out the requirements to be met by computer or electronic systems and programmes supporting the invoicing processes of businesses and professionals, approved by Royal Decree 1007/2023, of 5 December, and with Order HAC/1177/2024, of 17 October, which develops it.
l) Date and place
The invoicing system is made up of parts produced by different entities. The generation, chaining, electronic signature and submission of the invoicing records to the Spanish Tax Agency are performed by the component identified below, whose responsibility declaration is issued and published by its own producer.
