Communications may be made in Spanish or English.

Anyone may notify Scennio of content they consider illegal (for example, a fraudulent event, identity impersonation or an infringement of intellectual property rights) by writing to the same address. To be processed, the notice must include: an explanation of why the content is considered illegal, the URL or exact location of the content, the name and email address of the person submitting the notice (except in cases involving child sexual abuse material) and a statement that the information provided is accurate and complete. Scennio will acknowledge receipt, examine the notice diligently and communicate its reasoned decision.

Before allowing a Venue to offer its services through the platform, Scennio collects and verifies, in accordance with Article 30 of the DSA, its identification, contact, registration and payment details. Scennio does not use profile-based recommender systems or personalised advertising towards end users.
