Paid by card and lost your ticket? We'll send it again. We just need three details from the charge.

Paid with Apple Pay or Google Pay? Your phone pays with its own card number, different from your physical card. On iPhone: open Wallet, tap your card, tap the card number icon and authenticate with Face ID; use the last 4 digits of the Apple Pay number (device account number). On Android: open the card in Google Wallet and use the last 4 digits of the virtual card.
